REFUND POLICY

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@microtosh.in.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately offer items cannot be refunded.

Downgrades

We only downgrade subscription if our services are not working properly.If you need to downgrade your subscription, send us an email at support@microtosh.in.

MICROTOSH SOFTWARE SUPPORT LLP is a Company Incorporated in India.Any payment made to us by Indian residents will be billed in Indian Rupees(INR) & all overseas customers will be billed in UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD) & the same will appear on your card statement as 'MICROTOSH'.All the above services are delivered within 3 working days.As all our services are digitally delivered, therefore no physical product will be delivered. Our Website uses SSL to ensure a secure transmission of data.We never store credit card details as all payments made to us are handled by a secure & PCI compliant payment gateway provider.
