Our policy lasts 30 days.
You may cancel your purchase/subscription within 30 days of your payment, if our services/products are not performing to your satisafaction. In case, you have expressed your satisfaction to us in written, we will not be able to accept your request for cancellation.
You may write to us at email@example.com stating your dispute.
Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your dispute.
If you issue a 'chargeback' with your financial institution, we will be bind to use all information and documents available with us related to your purchase/subscription to fight such 'chargeback'.
All services/products that we offer are digital in nature and are thus deliverred electronically. We do not ship any physical items to you & therefore will not be able to provide any delivery proof if requested by you or your card issuing bank/financial institution.
In case of cancelled purchase/subscription, you will be liable to delete all files related to the service/subscription that has been cancelled. If you use any of our services or files related to it, you'll be liable to pay us the initial amount along with any penalty that might be incurred.
